In this regard, our overall quality objectives are to:

1. Develop, implement and maintain a quality management system based on ISO 9001 quality management standard and provide resources necessary for its effective implementation.
2. Achieve ISO 9001 certification by external body by the end of 2014.
3. Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements related to our business at all times.
4. Continually improve our processes to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure that the requirements and expectations of our customers in respect of product specification, quality of manufacture are complied with at all times.
5. Communicate our quality policy to all staff, our customers and suppliers continually.
6. Review this quality policy, objectives and the entire quality management system for its effectiveness and suitability at regular intervals.
